Reviews

A lovely place in a great location. Great views from the garden and from the living room. Comfortable beds and loads of hot water. Our little dog really enjoyed the garden! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again

Mrs S,

A well-equipped, clean and comfortable cottage, looking out onto a wide patio and a lovely garden. The lounge and kitchen are full of light. The cottage's name is very true, with Rhossili only a 15-minute walk away up the road (easy access to lots of great footpaths, too, while Port Eynon and Oxwich are short drives away).

Mr D,

A wonderful house in a superb location!

Mrs B,

What a super find this was - a spacious bungalow with a secure garden that the dogs could not escape from! The sea view was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge and a dining table for playing games. We walked down to Mewslade beach and also to Rhossili head. The pub is fab, lovely food. Llangennith beach is 20 mins away and is where we bodyboard. The dogs didn’t move for a day when we got home, they lived their best lives! A really enjoyable holiday.

Mrs L,

The owner has obviously originally spent a lot of money on the property, but during our stay it was evident the whole place needs to be redecorated as it’s all beginning to look a bit tired and worn now with marks and dents on the walls, mould in the bathroom (had to clean the shower heads ourselves) lamp shades and blinds. The garden although very nice, again needs a tidy as brambles and stinging nettles are slowly becoming the main foliage in the garden. These changes I’m sure will return the property to its former glory.

Miss W,

Spacious well equipped property with decent size garden, lawn and patio with a glimpse of the sea.

Mrs P,

Close to path to Mewslade Bay and coast path. Huge patio with outdoor dining and lounging furniture, and patio doors give a really lovely indoor-outdoor feel.

Mrs S,

Overall we had a fabulous stay , thoroughly recommend the Gower Hotel for food and drinks . We will hopefully return , with the the above issues rectified. A beautiful part of the UK.

Miss H,

Lovely location, light and airy house with plenty of space for a relaxing stay.

Mr P,

Location

The village of Rhossili is on the south western tip of the Gower Peninsula. Located on a ridge, it affords spectacular views over Rhossili Bay and Worms Head, a fascinating outcrop of land comprising two rocky islands joined to the mainland by a narrow causeway accessible only at low tide. The village boasts a pub, cafe, shop and National Trust gift shop.
