The setting is ideal for walkers with 'The Gower Way' only a short stroll from the property, which offers walkers stunning panoramic views of Gower and beyond. There are other footpaths directly outside the property.

Reviews

Mulberry Hill Cottage was a perfect hideaway set in a wonderful garden with amazing views and beautifully converted, decorated and furnished.

Mr F,

Very pleasant clean and well presented good location and good for walking.

Mr S,

Fantastic beautiful holiday cottage. A great base to explore the Gower. Very comfortable and clean. A lovely place to come back to after a day out exploring.

Mrs R,

I had a lovely stay. The location was beautiful with plenty to do. Cottage was very cosy and comfortable with outside patio providing superb clear sea views. If your a keen walker as soon as you step outside the cottage there’s a mountain walk no need to be traveling anywhere in the car. I will most definitely visiting again. Fantastic!

Ms J,

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The cottage is a perfect place for rest and relaxation.

Mrs B,

Happy with the cottage

Mr C,

This was a new area for me having been to the Brecon Beacons in the past and loved it. I absolutely loved my stay in this new location and would love to return. The cottage was beautifully clean and well equipped with modern facilities but retaining charm. Really light and sunny and loved the little wood burner for cooler evenings. It has a super sunny terrace with lovely views. The owners were lovely, there if you needed them and left a lovely cake for my arrival. The location was just stunning. Across the road you could walk down the cliff path to the 3 cliffs bay, which was gorgeous. I didn't want to come home. Thank you for a perfect stay and for sharing this idyllic location.

Mr M,

Fantastic location for beach and woodland walks for us and our dog.Position of cottage is perfect for views of the coast and exquisite garden.Although there are three properties on the site apart from the meet and greet the owners are private people and therefore respect the privacy of those visiting their home.Locals are friendly lots of dog walkers in the area.Busy tourist area.

Mr B,

We loved our stay at Mulberry Hill Cottage - the location above Three Cliffs Bay is perfect for a short (~15 mins) walk down onto the beach, or behind the cottage up and over Cefn Bryn with fabulous views across the Gower Peninsula. It's clean, comfy and cozy - the log burner and deep double-ended bath were both great for warming up after a day walking (we stayed in March). We will be back.

Mr G,

A really lovely cottage in an excellent location for exploring the Gower. It was exceptionally well equipped with good quality equipment, was comfortable and cosy. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Mr C,

Location

Penmaen is a small village located at the foot of the slopes of Cefn Bryn and west of Parkmill. On the limestone headland overlooking Three Cliffs Bay are several archaeological sites, including the earthworks of a Norman Castle, an old church and a megalithic burial chamber
