Description

Be instantly transported to a tranquil haven as you step through the door of this tastefully decorated ground floor apartment on Langland's seafront. Set in a large Victorian house, surrounded by beautifully manicured communal gardens with direct beach access, this apartment provides the perfect setting for friends, family, writers, walkers and surfers to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the coast. The original Victorian features that run throughout this home have been carefully balanced with more contemporary touches such as the modern fitted kitchen and shower room. Wake up to breath-taking sea views over Langland Bay from the superking bedroom and enjoy a song around the baby grand piano in the lounge with a mesmerising sunset as your backdrop. The raised decking area leading from the kitchen is a great spot for entertaining and al fresco dining while looking out over the stunning ever-changing seascape.

From St Leonards, there is a path leading through the grounds to the family-friendly Langland Bay, a sheltered sandy beach bordered by rock pools formed in the limestone cliffs and backed by picturesque beach huts, a popular waterfront brasserie, tennis courts, cafe and promenade. From the promenade you can access the Wales Coastal Path where you can either head round to Caswell Bay on the Gower coast or take the scenic cliff top walk to Mumbles and discover its array of independent boutiques, cafes and bars. Langland Bay Golf course is around 10-15 minutes' walk from your doorstep, an 18-hole course with panoramic ocean views.

Reviews

Absolutely glorious holiday in this incredible location. We were lucky in that we had amazing weather for the time of year and we really could have been on the Mediterranean, it was so fabulous. Comfy bed and a beautifully equipped apartment. We are already planning our return trip.

Mrs M,

Delightful property. Wonderful views. Fabulous location for costal walks and Mumbles. Would certainly recommend a stay there

Mr V,

Lovely place to stay. Had a wonderful time with lots to do for children in the area.

Ms T,

This holiday accommodation really had the wow factor especially the views when the sun was shining! Location was perfection, fab beach and brasserie! We loved all of the period features, comfortable beds with soft linen. The list really does go on! I would highly highly recommend this property. Wine, flowers and Welsh cake were a gorgeous touch too! Would recommend to all!!

Mrs B,

A beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The views over the bay are wonderful with the coastal path being just at the bottom of the garden. We were impressed with the welcome package of milk, wine and Welsh cakes with fresh flowers dotted around the Thank you to Llinos for these thoughtful touches.

Mrs W,

The location of this flat is as wonderful as the pictures suggest. Great position for looking out to see as well as going for a walk along the coastal path. A cafe and a brasserie on the doorstep and shops close by. Spacious and comfortable and the 39 steps are more manageable than you might think, mobility issues aside. A very beautiful spot and even a piano!

Mr B,

Lovely spacious apartment with fabulous views of the sea and really quick access to the coastal path. All in all we had a terrific week and would definitely book again, if we holiday in the area

Mr P,

Superb location and access to the coast path, with lovely walks in both directions. The property was very comfortable and homely.
