Description

This top floor apartment with stunning sea views has undergone complete refurbishment to a very high standard. The apartment has wonderful views of Caswell Bay from the balcony or from the lounge which has floor to ceiling windows.

Caswell Bay is popular all year round with walkers. It has a kiosk selling beach toys, an ice cream parlour and The Surfside Cafe which serves light snacks. The beach has lifeguards throughout the summer period. Mumbles is just a 5 minute journey in the car.

Reception/Dining Area: 32 inch Smart TV and DVD player, Hifi with Bluetooth connection, WiFi, 2-seat leather sofa, leather arm chair, oak dining table and 2 chairs, Laura Ashley soft furnishings, and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: Fitted units and integrated appliances which include: double oven, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob and top loading washing machine.

Master Bedroom: King size bed with picture window through to lounge offering sea views. Wardrobes, dressing table, wall-mounted TV, USB charging points and mood lighting.

Bathroom: Fully tiled with large shower cubicle with electric shower, vanity unit with basin, and a WC.

External: The balcony has 2 rattan chairs and a table.

The apartment benefits from underfloor heating.

Reviews

We had a good stay and found the apartment very clean on arrival and had pretty well all that we needed for our short stay. The views over Caswell Bay are excellent and it was good to watch the massive changes as the tide came in and out. Being right on the Wales Coastal Path made it ideal for walks. There are 4 flights of 8 steps to get up to the apartment but this was a small inconvenience for the views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Redcliffe apartments. The views are amazing and having the window in the bedroom through to the lounge area and patio doors was a bonus, enabling sea views throughout apartment. We enjoyed walks along the costal path followed by relaxing in the warmth and comfort of the apartment with a book and a glass of wine, watching the waves. We stayed in November and the apartment was warm and cosy. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped with everything that we needed.

The apartment was amazing. It was well equipped and a great view. The window through from the bedroom was great as you could see the sea. Very secure, using a fob to get through the gate and into the apartment block. Very quiet and private.

Location

The area of Caswell really does have it all. Combining natural coastal beauty with secluded woodland and hilly seaside living, it is a haven for holiday makers and locals alike. Caswell Bay is an outstanding beach that at low tide is a wide expanse of golden sand, perfect for beach sports and picnics. Rock pools and small caves add to the fun making it ideal for people of all ages.
