Reviews

It is a lovely property, perfect for younger people. The Valley pub does a super Sunday lunch, you'll need to book.

Mrs B,

Very comfy and clean large house in a great location, handy for visiting local beaches and with the bonus of being a very short walk to two pubs which both serve food. Overall, the house was great but we did have a heating issue which was resolved the same day when we got through but it took about 6 calls over 4 days to get to speak to someone at Home from Home.

Mrs S,

The location of this cottage is good with 3 standard level pubs in walking distance. It is big and spacious with a large decking & lawned area but does have a steep drop off decking so be careful with little ones.

Mrs Y,

A very comfortable property and the hot tub was fun.

Mr N,

We had the best holiday in Wales! the location was perfect for the stunning Pobbles Bay and the beautiful town of Mumbles. The spacious house was fully equipped with a luxurious outside space with great local pubs serving quality food. We do hope this is available to rent in the future.

Mr G,

Had a lovely week in this beautiful house. Well positioned to enjoy the Gower and in a very pleasant area. The hot tub was fabulous. The nearby pubs and co-op are a bonus too. Plenty of lovely walks for dogs either from the doorstep, or near the coast nearby.

Mrs H,

Beautiful, comfortable property with a lovely information pack. However, stairs down to lounge and the large garden, could be an issue for people with mobility problems.

Mr W,

We cannot praise the cottage highly enough. We always enjoy out stay.

Mr W,

Highfield House was an ideal house to stay in for our break in the Gower. The location was perfect for exploring the area and with 2 pubs just up the road, a good meal was never far away. The house itself was just perfect for us - well equipped, roomy, comfortable and the hot tub was well used and so relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Mr J,

Overall, we enjoyed staying here for Christmas. The house is nicer and bigger than I expected, which was great! Lots of space and well stocked for us and also having family over.

Past Customer,

Huge property with a lovely garden & hot tub. Great location with a co-op and great pub in easy walking distance. Definiately recommend.

Miss C,

Lovely property in a great location. Surprisingly the house was even better than it looked in the photos. Garden is beautiful and very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked longer than a week.

Miss D,

Location

Bishopston is located in the Gower peninsula and lies at the head of Bishops Wood and Bishopston Valley about 5miles south west of the City of Swansea. The village nestles just above the cliff tops of the South East Gower Coast and claims three popular beaches of its own, Brandy Cove, Caswell, and Pwll-du.
