The large first floor balcony allows you to take full advantage of the panoramic views and the ground floor patio area is the perfect spot for your morning coffee.
Less than a stone's throw away from your door is the 5-mile seafront promenade, stretching around the bay to Swansea Marina in one direction and over to Mumbles Pier in the other. No matter which route you take, there are a number of places worth stopping in along the way, including Blackpill Lido, the infamous Verdi's cafe and a fabulous selection of pubs and restaurants. As well as its popular eateries, Mumbles is full of character and charm - browse the local boutiques and galleries or explore the 12th century remains of Oystermouth Castle. Often referred to as the ‘Gateway to Gower’, Mumbles marks the beginning of the Gower Peninsula’s rugged coastline with access to award-winning beaches, breath-taking views and many historical sites. Accessed via the clifftop coastal path or a short drive (1mi), the connecting beaches of Langland and Rotherslade Bay boast golden sands, an 18-hole clifftop golf course, popular seafront brasserie, tennis courts and cafe.
