Description

Honeycomb Cottage has been tastefully refurbished and transformed for your coastal holiday. Choose from two spacious bedrooms, unwind within the open plan living spaces, soak up the sunshine in its walled garden and relax in its stunning hot tub. Honeycomb cottage offers the ideal Welsh getaway for small families or couples, whatever the weather.

From the door you can easily discover the charming seaside village of Mumbles, with its many galleries, cafes, bars and boutique style shops. You can unwind and relax at one of the many golden sandy beaches or take a leisurely drive out onto the Gower Peninsula and explore one of the many historic castles or enjoy one of its many countryside walks.

Ground Floor

Lounge: Soft seating, Smart TV, coffee table, books and games and a side table.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washing machine.

W/C: WC and a basin.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: King bed, dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles, hanging rail and a chest of drawers.

External: Parking for 1 large car and 1 small car to the front and on driveway. Walled garden with hot tub and garden furniture to the rear.

Sleeps 4: 1 King, 2 x singles

C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off-road parking. Hot tub (Extra charge will apply for all stays - £60 per short break or £100 per full week booking). Travel cot (linen and towels not provided) & highchair. Pets accepted. No Smoking

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is brilliant and the bedrooms and lounge are really comfy. We do recommend a bit of TLC in the kitchen, the door knobs are loose, the fridge & freezer doors are wonky so annoying opening and closing, the fridge falls about all over the place and the top freezer drawer is sealed shut. Overall though we had a great holiday and would stay again.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
