Description

Both the lower ground floor and 2nd floor are fantastic spaces to relax away from the main living areas with the latter boasting far reaching bay views over the surrounding rooftops. This really is the perfect family home for all seasons.
A brilliant selection of independent stores, restaurants and cafes can be found within a 5-minute walk of the property as well as the 5-mile seafront promenade that stretches around the bay to Swansea Marina. Known locally as the ‘Gateway to Gower’, Mumbles marks the beginning of the Gower Peninsula’s rugged coastline with access to some stunning, award-winning beaches and breath-taking views. The popular beaches of Langland and Rotherslade Bay are a short walk from the house where you can also take the Wales Coastal Path along the cliffs to Caswell Bay. Oxwich Bay, Rhossili and Three Cliffs Bay are pet-friendly beaches throughout the year – ideal for tiring out your four-legged friend and there are some delicious pubs to sample on your way home.

First Floor:
- Bedroom 1: King bedroom with zip & link bed that can be made up as 2 x singles (please request at time of booking), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 50" Smart TV and leather sofa.
