Description

A newly renovated, pet friendly, 1-bedroom, third floor apartment with stunning uninterrupted views over Limeslade Bay. This property is situated on the coast road next to the entrance to the coastal path. The first leg of the path takes you to Rotherslade (about 20 mins) where there is a beachside cafe - a great place to chill out with the Sunday Newspapers. Langland is the next bay and accessible by foot or if you prefer 5 mins by car.

Even closer to home are Limeslade and Bracelet Bay - literally on your doorstep. Fortes Ice cream parlour is the closest Eatery and has a simple menu whilst Castellamare, is a very popular Italian cafe and restaurant with beautiful views over towards Mumbles head. The village of Mumbles can be reached by strolling along the promenade and there you will find an array of boutique style shops, cafes and bars.

Please be aware there are 42 steps to the apartment.

Bedroom: King sized bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bathroom: WC, electric shower and a wash hand basin with vanity unit.

External: Tiered, communal garden to the rear with garden furniture and washing line. There is parking for one car outside the property and storage space within the garage.

Terrific location and views from the flat over Limeslade Bay and when not misty across Swansea Bay. Access to the rest of Gower is excellent The flat is spacious and facilities are good. The steps up and down to the flat are a factor if you have mobility issues but this is made clear

Beautiful location, stunning views, quiet and property has everything you need and a bit besides. The 27 steps aren’t as bad as they are broken into stages. One of the guests has a slight mobility issue but they managed and it’s lit well enough in the dark. Our little four legged friend loved his daily dip in the sea just across the road. We recommend, would we go again yes 100% recommendations. Ticks all the boxes and a bit besides.

Great view from the window overlooking Limeslade Bay. Quick walk to Bracelet Bay and south west coast path walk to Langland and Caswell Bays all great for swimming and children! Easy walk. The Mumbles is great for shopping and eating out and is also walkable but there is a local bus ! Enjoy! We had a great time!

The property was located in a beautiful spot overlooking the bay the only thing we found awkward were the steps leading up to the property which were quite steep so not suitable for people with walking difficulties and the garden area was a bit small and has no table or chairs so be sure to take some fold up chairs . Apart from this the property is very nice .

Great location , well equipped although due to hot weather a fan would be good . Fridge had some inserts missing so things fell out door and a shelf missing . Some issues with damp in bedroom which are being managed .

Very clean, comfortable little flat in a great location. Clear, transparent and accurate description of the facilities , layout and location. Immaculate on arrival. Clean and welcoming. Amazing views (this should be emphasised more on the website and property info!). Always a good sign when there is a laminated booklet of instructions and things to do. Super useful and considerate. Reassuring and civilised and fun to have a pair of binoculars . Nice touch. We have family nearby and they were all very impressed with our little bolthole. Incredible value for money and a huge bonus that the flat is dog friendly. We had a great time. Thank you.

A lovely flat with stunning views. Well equipped, tastefully decorated and great location. We particularly appreciated the very detailed booklet left in the flat with all the information you need: beaches, restaurants, pubs ... Very thoughtful! We loved it so much that we tried to book it again for May half-term! Unfortunately it was not available; but we will certainly return.
