Leading down from the terrace is a garden with direct access to the coastal path and beach. 

Langland Bay is one of the most prestigious and popular bays in the area, with a superb golf course, seafront restaurant, tennis courts and many beautiful walks in either direction on the Wales Coastal Path. The village of Mumbles is just a 10-minute walk away.

**Note** Please be aware that although this property is on the ground floor there are 30 steps leading down to the apartment entrance, from the parking space.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

Reception Area: 2 x armchairs, large sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. Sliding doors lead out to the large terrace and communal garden.

Kitchen Area: Double oven with 4-ring hob, dishwasher, freestanding fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine in a utility area adjacent to the kitchen.

Dining Area: Dining table with 6 chairs.

Master Bedroom: King bed, large mirrored wardrobes with sea views and an en suite which includes; bath with electric shower over, basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double bed. This room also benefits from an en suite shower room with shower cubicle and wash hand basin.

Cloakroom: WC off the hallway. 

Sleeps 4 1: 1 King, 1 Double 

C/O day - Sat. Electric heating. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Sea views. 1 allocated parking space for a small size car (there is no visitor parking at this complex). Incoming telephone line. No pets. No smoking. The terrace is only accessible for Flat 2.

We had a comfortable, cosy stay in this apartment during February 2025. The location is excellent and we enjoyed coastal walks, accessing the path from the bottom of the garden, and excellent coffee and lunches at the handy beach cafes in either direction. The apartment was generally very well equipped, but be prepared to bring your own dishwasher and washing machine supplies as none were provided.

We all enjoyed our time here tremendously. The flat is very well appointed and nicely furnished and the location is incredible and couldn’t be closer to Langland bay. There is a very helpful guidebook provided by the owner which also includes suggestions for surrounding places to go, things to do and places to eat. As long as you’re aware before you go that you have to take care of your own rubbish (which we were) then it isn’t a problem as the local disposal centre is about a 10 minute drive away. The only problem was with a smell in the wardrobe of the second bedroom but we have left a comment with the owner and I’m sure it will be taken care of.

Fantastic property very close to the beach. Large spacious rooms. Comfy sofas. Love the ice maker. Oven great once we worked out how to use it. Dishwasher tablets were provided along with some washing machine bubbles. Plenty of beach equipment including wet suits & shoes. The photos I sent friends from the garden, they thought I was in Spain. Amazing views of the sea & beach. Will be booking again next year.

So much was wonderful about this appartment: location,views,spaciousness,and comfortable beds. There were a few niggles,however. The master bedroom had a surprisingly poor bathroom / shower and the cooking range was an aga which needed a lot of pre planning to get up to temerature. The positives far outweighed the negatives and we had a great time exploring this beautiful area.

We had a really lovely long weekend at this property. The position of the apartment is absolutely stunning with beautiful views over the bay, super easy access to the beach and really comfy beds! The coastal walks were wonderful and the beach front has a lovely cafe and a bistro so we had no need to get in the car at all while we were there. Would highly recommend.
