This ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment in the popular Crawshay Court development offers spacious accommodation for 2 people, with sea views from the living room, kitchen and balcony. The apartment also offers WiFi and  smart TV.

It is a short stroll from Langland's cafe, restaurant, tennis courts and sandy 'blue-flag' beach. The stunning Langland Bay Golf Course is just a 2-minute walk away. The location also offers easy access to the Wales Coastal Path which provides stunning scenery in both directions whether you head towards Caswell or Mumbles.

Reception: 2 x sofas, wall-mounted TV. There is also access to the balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Table and chairs for 4, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer. 

Bedroom: King size bed, small dressing table and large wardrobes.

Bathroom: Bath, WC, basin and separate shower cubicle.

External: Sea view balcony, 1 allocated parking space.

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Smart TV. 1 allocated parking space (dimensions of the parking bay 2.2m x 5.0m), there is no visitor/disabled parking. No pets. No smoking

Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
