Description

This beautiful, light and spacious apartment captures the Langland landscape beautifully with stunning views of the ever-changing coastline and the picturesque golf club. 2-luxury bedrooms offer relaxed accommodation for up to 4 guests with an open plan living, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. This wonderful apartment also benefits from a large balcony which can be used for a spot of al-fresco dining or for soaking up the sun's rays whilst taking in your favourite book.  

From Woodridge Court there is a path with steps leading through the grounds to the beach although some visitors may prefer to drive or use the more conventional route. Langland Bay is a popular surfing spot and has plenty on offer with a choice of two beach side cafes, a restaurant/bar, tennis courts, an 18 hole links golf course and two beautiful coastal path walks.

First Floor (accessed via a flight of 8 steps into the main building)

  • Lounge/Dining: Comfortable L-shaped sofa with footstool and a separate armchair. Smart TV, radio, books/games. Dining table and chairs for 6 people and French doors leading to the balcony.
  • Kitchen: Dishwasher, electric oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and induction hob, Nespresso Citiz coffee machine.
  • Bedroom 1: King bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside furniture, armchair, set of drawers and French doors leading to the balcony.
  • Bedroom 2: Twin room with built-in wardrobes, dressing table and bedside furniture.
  • Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC, towel rail and basin.
  • WC: WC, towel rail and basin.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view

Beautiful apartment – all big, spacious rooms and equipped with everything you could need. Amazing view from big balcony, and lovely walks around the cliffs to the Mumbles or Caswell Bay. Even with 5 days of torrential rain we loved being there. Will definitely return for another week or two.

We found it very difficult to recycle our waste as per the instructions provided as there were only pink bags in the property (no black or green). Would have been nice to have had a bowl that could be used in the microwave (ie for porridge) and a tea pot for us tea drinkers. We would have been helpful to have been informed that the dish washer was not working before we arrived so we could have brought washing up liquid instead of dishwasher tablets with us. Having said all that the property was clean and tidy with great views across the bay. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing location and views. Fantastic balcony. Very well furnished and very comfortable with everything you may need. Even some ‘sand toys’ for the kids and board games. Kitchen could do with a deep clean hence the lower score for cleaning.

Bathroom safety no handrails no slipmat sink not big enough to wash.Lighting inadequate in the dining room was so low you couldn't see to eat or read a book In the kitchen ceiling lights needed replacing to dark for safety.I reported this on Monday to local office they said it would be attended to nobody came round No bags available for laundry on departure.I would suggest you make it clear in your advertising if the location and you properties are suitable for elderly or disabled

Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
