The bustling village of Mumbles is just a short drive away with a wide selection of shops, galleries, cafes and bars. Water sports enthusiasts can take to the water at one of the many beaches, whilst for the golfers, Langland Bay Golf Course is right on your doorstep.

Crawshay Court is a popular residential development with direct access to Langland Bay. Whether you simply want to catch up on your favourite book, whilst taking in the ever-changing sea views or if you plan on enjoying an energetic stroll around the coastal path, this apartment is the perfect all year-round location for you.

Lounge/Diner: 3-seat, electric reclining settee, a 2-seat sofa bed and a large swivelling armchair. Smart TV, books and games, a radio and a bluetooth speaker. Extendable dining table and chairs.

Kitchen: Induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.  

Bedroom 1: Superking bed (zip 'n' link, this can be made into a twin on request), built-in wardrobes and bedside furniture.

Family Bathroom: A newly refurbished 3-piece suite with a WC, basin, bath and also a shower unit.

External: The apartment has a balcony with timber decking. There is also 1-allocated parking space.

Sleeps 2: 1 Superking (zip 'n' link, this can be made into a twin on request), 1 Sofa bed in lounge (bed linen not included for sofa bed)

Great location with stunning sea views from the lounge. Kitchen well equipped, and we appreciated the Christmas goodies waiting for us on arrival. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, excellent water pressure in shower. Large and comfortable lounge.

We love it here! The location & views are superb. We love the huge ziplock bed & the bedroom is lovely & quiet/dark. It’s very clean & kitchen well equipped with an added Dolce Gusto coffee machine which is very handy. The bathroom has both a bath & shower & is modern & bath very deep! On demand boiler always provides lovely warm water! The flat looks up to date throughout & is lovely & warm! The TV reception seems to have improved but sadly still can’t get CH4 live. We have stayed in this flat before & will do again as we are very happy here!

Lovely small apartment, very well positioned for the beach, coastal path and the Langland Bistro pub. Comfortable bed and reclining sofa was a definite boon.

The flat is a good size for 2 people and in a nice peaceful location, with secure parking behind gates and with nice sea and cliff views. Only 5 min drive to Mumbles was a bonus.
