The balcony, lounge and bedroom offer views across The Marina gate towards the docks and SA1. This apartment is perfect for short breaks, city breaks or full-length holidays.

Within easy walking distance is the seafront promenade, which stretches for 5 miles towards Mumbles Head, whilst the Marina and all the attractions of Swansea are right on your doorstep.

The popular Coast Cafe is within the block and offers a modern, vibrant atmosphere to enjoy your latte or meal.

Lovely top floor flat with interesting view, close to Marina facilities. Warning - harbour entrance lock gate has an alarming siren that can go off quite early in the morning - not a place for a lie-in!
