Reviews

We loved the cottage and are coming back next year. Its a quiet location and not much in Port Eynon as such (other than coast/beach) but even in bad weather the views are great and we felt very cosy in the conservatory and living room. Very close to beautiful Rhosilli (15 min drive?) and day trips to Kidwelly and the Mumbles so lots to do and see in the wider area.

Mrs T,

Very well equipped and comfortable cottage in a great quiet, peaceful location.

Mr J,

The house is very well equipped and spacious, good sized kitchen and plenty of seating areas. We found the beds comfortable and with 6 adults, the modern, multiple bathrooms were needed. We took two dogs and the gardens were absolutely perfect for them to have a good run around in a safe place, the 'dog porch' was really useful for feeding/drying off too. Lots of lovely seating outside, with sea views too. The location is absolutely perfect for walkers and nature lovers, coastal path at the end of the lane, and so many beautiful walks within a 15 minute drive, simply wonderful. Having two pubs, both serving good food, fish and chips shop and beautiful beach within a 10 minute walk was the icing on the cake.

Miss W,

As above!

Previous Customer,

Beautiful cottage with a view to die for. Well equipped with attention to detail to make our holiday more enjoyable. The garden is a delight with plenty of strategically placed garden furniture to make the most of the sun and shade whichever is required. The conservatory was the most used room for our group as we enjoyed reading and taking in the glorious view and listening to the birdsong. Spacious property with plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults and 2 dogs. We will definitely recommend this place but not to too many as we want to return and don’t want it to be booked up!

Mrs M,

A quiet beautiful retreat to return to. Close to coastal path for walkers and Port Eynon for families.

Location

Overton is a secluded hamlet overlooking Port Eynon. Footpaths lead south to the pebbly beach of Overton Mere to find the shipwreck of a Dutch tug, and west along the cliffs to Paviland Cave and Rhossili.
