Information for Disabled and Less Abled People: The property is accessed from street level. There are no bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. As you enter hallway from lounge there is a 25mm step down to the kitchen level. From kitchen to Utility room there a further four steps. All bedrooms are on first floor access via stairs only.
Location
Located on the end of a row of houses just a few hundred meters from the city centre with Cardiff Castle, Principality Stadium , bars , restaurants and clubs and the main shopping centres all nearby.
For shopping, St Davids 2 shopping complex (including John Lewis) is a short walk away as are all the many City centre shopping arcades, boulevards and outlets. International sporting events and large-scale concerts from the world's biggest artistes are regularly held at the Principality Stadium, the Motorpoint arena , St. David’s Hall and the Millenium Theatre in nearby Cardiff Bay.There really is a special atmosphere in Cardiff on an International occasion and Cathedral Apartments is ideally located so that you can really savour this. Sophia Gardens, home of Glamorgan Cricket and a test match or one day venue is a throw of a cricket ball away and the City of Cardiff Stadium (home of Cardiff City FC) is within walking distance. With a wide range of theatres, halls and galleries there is a bustling entertainment scene in and around Cardiff, which features opera, ballet, musicals and offers live music from world-class acts. Cardiff Bay is only a short bus, taxi or water taxi ride away and is home to the Wales Millennium Centre, Y Senedd (The National Assembly building) as well as numerous other attractions. These include trendy bars and restaurants, jet boat rides, Olympic sized swimming pool and leisure facility, White Water Centre, Yacht Club and there are numerous walks and cycle routes around the Cardiff Bay Barrage.

There are many courses in the area including the prestigious Celtic Manor, a previous Ryder Cup host 18 miles. One of the closest courses is Cottrell Park, an idyllic venue set in the heart of 400 acres of beautiful parkland. 7 miles

Surrounded by 35 acres of parkland close to the City Centre is Cardiff Riding School. All aspects of horse riding and care are catered for. 1 mile.

With the Glamorgan Heritage Coast just around the corner there are numerous beaches to visit ranging from the bustling resort of Barry Island (9 miles) to the shores of stunning Southerndown. 20 miles.
